Once I figured out how it all worked compared to our old 9 year smart LG TV we are thrilled with the picture quality!

Just purchased this device. I had an old LG TV and this is a step up in picture quality however the sound output is dreadful. Sounds thin and the AI mode is next to useless. Very disappointing but will have to buy an external sound device ….maybe that’s the strategy with this product?_x000D_

I would also defy anyone to find a diagram layout of physical ports.

I am very disappointed with a sound quality. It is very low. Even my laptop has more attractive sound with basses. And my old TV lg that I bought in 2015 has better sound quality.

Our tv died and we bought this one of of necessity. It ended up being a great decision. Definitely a top quality tv!

Lg is making one of the best QNED tv now the days wonderful experience with all compatibility..

Great t.v ,picture quality is amazing,and all the special features including the voice activation and all the built in apps and games are great.only negative comment is cause of the size and weight it was hard to set up on stand with just two people,other then that we are very happy with our purchase.
