I didn't watch the movie which this game is based from; now that's on my to-do list. Perhaps it's the reason I thought the game didn't make sense. But who said games should make sense? It is about having fun and that's what matters. The game offers about 40 minutes of fun. It can be a little challenging too because in the plane phase, you may not see well the hexes that are open for you to target. Overall, it's a good break from the screen.

My family didn’t find this an exciting game. There are two sections to play in order to finish the game. The volleyball portion seems silly to get flying points. I think this would be a great collectors item for any Top One fan.

It’s kinda fun but a little confusing at the same time, it’s not your typical board game. Kids still enjoyed trying to play it. I think after we understand it more it will become more fun to play.

This Top Gun Strategy Board Game is nice. You must read the instructions before playing. The game keeps you thinking and challenging. The kid enjoy playing.
