This Product is a go too for me I love applying in after a shave, and even if I haven't, I feel it re-hydrates the skin after a shower. My only complaint is the glass bottle is the worst for travel, too heavy and bulky. It used to come in a perfect alloy bottle, I'd have kept one of those had I known they were discontinuing them.

After years of loyal use, this new formula is thick, feels like adhesive and leaves a white layer that takes so long to absorb. I have emailed the company, who around 12 months ago, claimed that they were reverting to the old formula. This has not happened as of 25/08/2023. Why fix what wasn't broken? Just terrible. Zero stars if I could.

I had been using the old formula for over 10 years (white bottle, white cap). The new one is much thicker and doesn't absorb as quickly. It also leaves the face feeling much drier. And it doesn't smell as nice. Cost-cut with one of your less popular products please, and reinstate the old formula.

Very calming post shave balm with lovely scent.

I have been using this product for 5 years. I often would recommend to friends and tell them they should use it because I found it amazing, but now I won’t be doing that because this new formula is horrible. It feels so greasy and oily on my skin and leaves this white film on my face for a long period of time. The old one use to just go into the skin and made your face feel fresh. Now this new formula has only made my skin feel dry. Will not be buying ever again!

I have been using this after shave balm (sensitive) for around 5-6 years now and loved it. Only recently in the last month or so Nivia has changed the formula. It’s now called instant relief and is glugy, and when wiped on your face it leaves white marks everywhere that you have to rub in even more (similar to soap). I have tried this on 3 different brand new bottles and all do this. Change the formula back this new version feels cheap and performs worse and sorry to say yo...

This balm is nowhere near as good as it used to be just recently. It's changed so much It used to be super slick, opaque and rather light with a fresh mild scent.
It's now white, thicker; the consistency has also changed. It now leaves a residue on the skin after application. Even the scent has changed. Very disappointed. I've been using this product for decades but I don't think I like it anymore. A bit annoyed as I used to love it. It was the highlight of my shave, now it's mostly avoided.

I have been using Nivea sensitive after shave balm for many, many years. Unfortunately, the product that I have bought most recently is not the same product at all. Now it is a slimy, white cream that just sits on your skin and doesn't act as a balm at all. I'm going to have to seek out an alternative, because the new formula just doesn't cut it.
