Slow and laggy

This phone is slow and laggy. This is a brand new phone without any additional apps, Samsung can do better. Will be replacing it soon.

Improvement on the boxed item

Bought the phone yesterday. Fair to great features but you could really add a charger which will work with the type C to type C cable supplied. Also wired earphones would not be frowned on.

The phone is good i just hate the fact that Samsung decided to come up with a new type of charger, type C to type C & they decided not to provide adapter for the charger cable, the is very unfair of them to us as their customers. This is usually what happens when a brand is not having good competition. They must hope for this bad move not cost them in a long run.
