Basic but decent especially for the price.. Silent when new but seat does start to get loose with riding and the manual hand tensioner just isn't adequate to prevent this. Ensure you inspect the stitching on the seat before you take it away. Challenging to assembly at first but don't be shy to pull on the wire that's attached to the tension mechanism to assemble..The unit is sealed quite nicely to prevent dirt and dust from getting into the mechanic components. The stationary bike I bought came tto my rescue, I ko longer have tovthimk twice as it is readily availabie anytime of the day. I don't regret buying it as I no longer experience tense muscles, My body move is much more lighter and i feel youthful again
