Super easy to use and maintains the temp. Smoked a pork shoulder overnight, 8pm-10am with no worries about temp loss. Maintained 220-230 degrees.

Great Smoker for my first one ! Keep the temperature for long time.
The only thing I would've appreciated is to have more access to the charcoal. When it's time to add some, the access is really tight (because of the water pan hanging right there when you open the door)...So we have to remove the whole part (contains water pan an all the food) and the temperature change due to too much air.

First pork shoulder and ribs were outstanding! Make sure to research how to smoke and you will do great.

This smoker is the epitome of set it and forget it. Great Smoker.

I purchased my in April 2023, and had fun putting it together; Season the insides including the grill, just like my Father tough me 40 years ago ; started the fire and allowed to burn for four hours. I cleaned to grill and foiled to the water bowl ready to be lit. Foil for now. Will use water later. I will clean the insides every three months, but not the inter-lid "never". That were the season lives.

I love this smoker. It does an amazing job smoking food. Prior to it, I had a Brinkmann smoker that, although it got the job done, it was so inefficient that I had to add coals to it every 20 minutes to keep it at 225 degrees. I have been able to maintain my smoking temps on the WSM without having to add more coals. I have had my eye on a WSM for months and finally got one. My only regret is not having bought one sooner!

Our third Weber product and we continue to be more than satisfied! Cooking some great “smoked” food as a beginner. The only disappointment is the quality and fit of the access door. Weber will continue to be our first choice for BBQ products.

Outstanding product from a reliable company, I own several of their products and all three weber smokey mountain sizes, some of my most notable cooks have been a 16lb brisket, 4 pork shoulders and 4 racks of ribs. you can fit so much food in this beast!

I followed a couple of U-tube videos on setting the air flow and everything turned out perfect! I did chicken quarters and baby back ribs. Both came out with great flavor and tenderness. Can't wait to use my smoker again.
