I don't like that I can not permanently unlock product

Our IT Dept ALWAYS recommends WD products. This one functioned well. A bit difficult to get it synched with the computer as there are only three pictorial directions. For some reason my Windows 7 didn't like to link right away, but after a few attempts was working just fine. Very happy.

I was definitely not disappointed at this purchase. The shipping was sooner than expected. The product rocks! I love it. Huge backup space and super easy to use....user friendly instructions too. I love it. Definitely recommend for everyone!

It's so easy to use, you can lock it, has a lot of memory space, and all for a great price!!! What more could I ask for? It arrived fast though the packing was a bit underdone. Another than the shipping I love the item itself!

This 2 terabyte portable hard drive has plenty of space for everything you need to store on it, and works at great speed at usb 2.0 or usb 3.0. you won't regret this purchase.

Excellent external hard drive, needed something other than my internal one too store all of my movies. The usb 2.0 is fast and the 3.0 is just phenomenal. Works like an oversized flash drive and is as simple to use as one too. If you like torrents, and tired of having a cabinet full of dvds, this will be the perfect tool...breaking it down, ¢10 a movie is much better then $5-$20....windows 8.1, lenovo p500.

This is my third WD passport and I have yet to encounter a problem with any of them. The 2 TB is a great price and should meet my needs for years to come

Its a hard drive, works like a hard drive, yet it says it only has a capacity of 1.82 GB. That is a lot but its not 2TB.
