We are satisfied with our Bosch upright Freezer. It is silent and works well. The only feature we find problematic is the ALARM. Which is supposed to be a great feature, but does not work in South Africa due to load-shedding. The alarm goes off in the middle of the night after we had load shedding and the freezer is switched on again. This can happen twice a night if we are on stage 6 load-shedding and it feels like you have to get up for a baby every time to switch it off! Bosch, please re-...

the freezer has been excellent. during load shedding in the lower stages it has not defrosted in any way. the sself defrosting works well. no build up of ice at all. i am very ahppy with my purchase.

Good day. A very good product but what is the purpose of the buzzer which sounds every time power is resumed after loadshedding which often happens at night when people are trying to sleep._x000D_

There is nothing that makes me feel I made a wrong choice. Everything works as designed. Silent, hard to explain how quiet it is after our long serving other freezer of 25 years, suddenly the kitchen and dining room is stealth silent, and as promised there is no ice buildup.
