The dye is great. I've been using it for many years for my business. This review is targeted more toward the service, which was superb! I no sooner had placed the order and it was on my doorstep. It was also professionally packed with great care taken that it would not leak in transit. The competition could really learn some lessons from Walmart order packers and delivery personnel.

It’s a waste of money! I wish they were consistent with the recipe. Often I get a bad bath and my cats just refuse to eat… all the three of them.

Great color

The Rit Dye creators need to improve their synthetic dye formula. I followed the directions on the bottle. Wanting my garment dyed the darkest shade of purple I used the entire bottle of dye only to end up with a light powdery shade of purple. Not wanting to give up, I tried dying the garment a second time. The outcome was a failure. The garment was still pale.

Anything purple. But this very a very dark purple.

Tried this on two garments. One Bralette (unknown material as I ripped the tag out long ago) and a T-shirt (also unknown, but pretty sure it was a poly/cotton blend). Bralette DID dye, although lighter than I wanted, but that's ok, I can dye a second time and hope for better. The T-shirt didn't dye AT ALL! I'm nearly positive it was a poly blend as most "soft vintage" style T-shirt's are. The bottle says it will do poly. I followed the directions completely as directed. Will be look...

Worked for what I needed to do. I had purple but wanted them a darker purple. Got about 2-3 shades darker One bottle for a king sized flat and fitted sheet worked graeat. But if dying much darker I'd recommend 2 bottles.
