This is by far the easiest and most effective smoking system I have ever used! Love it!!!

Easy to setup. Simple to use. Fairly little maintenance and cleanup needed depending on food smoked. Great product!

Only issue I had was that the nuts and bolts on the inside broke causing the top cooking rack to fall to the lower cooking rack.

Have never been able to use because a plug that is required has never fit including the new one they sent.

I've owned my 18" smoker for roughly 10 yrs now and have used the heck out of it. The faults are minimal and can be easily overcome with a bit of patience. Initially when bought, the middle section was out of round, Weber immediately shipped a new section and also included a new lid and water pan without question. I've not been disappointed at all. I think that the issues of it being out of round or a few missing parts is to be expected when you consider how many of these things are buil...

It works well, seems very well built and designed. It is amazing at holding a good consistent temperature for a long time

Grill grates fall very easily. Like they're to small. Other then that, very happy.

Another quality product added to my collection. Works great with lump charcoal as well as briquettes.

I currently a Weber kettle and a Weber Genesis but I needed something for a lower temp extended cook. The Smokey Mountain is perfect for that as it holds temps in that 200-275 range that I use for smoking meats. Have cooked pork shoulder, ribs and standing rib roast so far with great results.

Heats up easily to 230C but every time I add food it struggles to get back up over 200C and I like to smoke ribs at 235C
