the snap-lock lid is impossible to close with damp hands with the result it keeps getting dropped.fortunately it hasn't cracked my tiles yet but I wont give it another chance it's just not worth it !

I have been using this product for years and all in all it is very good however someone has changed the bottle cap which makes it near impossible to fasten when you have the product on your hands. Worse design ever! Change it back to the old square type, much better.

I've been a great fan of this product for years until I bought the last bottle. The top was so difficult to undo that I had to get some grips and a piece of rubber to unscrew it. It nearly shot out of my hands when it became loose. The old top was much better. Even though it's now loose, it's still difficult to undo when your hands are wet/creamy. Don't you have customer review panels for new designs etc? This would never have made it through, so please go back to the old design.

I have been using the Nivea Balm for over 20 years and there are two 'niggles' that annoy me:
1) The bottle is so heavy for holiday travel why can't a new lighter bottle be produced so that it is not taking up too much of my 20kg allowance on the plane? Or maybe a 'holiday bottle'?
2) The new round top is not helpful when trying to open the bottle after a wet shave it is too slippery.
Maybe you should consider a 'customer review panel' before making more changes?

Old reusable dispenser squirt top doesn't fit new bottle and the design of the new lid is not user friendly.

I wish I’d found this Nivea balm years ago !! It does everything it claims and more . I cannot understand other reviewers moaning about the bottle . Apparently they have trouble operating the lid with wet hands ! Might I suggest using a towel to dry their hands first. Personally I think the bottle and lid are great and the contents are absolutely perfect . Thank you Nivea

The old rectangular top was great. You could grip it with wet hands It just worked.
I like the product but the new round lid is just a faff to open/close with wet hands.
I figured you can push down to close the lid for the last turn but still awkward to open with wet or damp hands; especially after some balm residue is already on the lid.
The balm is nice but the new bottle indicates that it is probably time for a product change.
5 stars for the old lid.

The lotion is excellent and I highly recommend it. The screw top to the container is hopeless. The first bottle I bought, when I unscrewed it it took me by such surprise it span out of hand and the neck part shattered. I find it very insecure and would be concerned about it spilling if taking it with me in an overnight bag. It would have been 5* if the bottle had not been such a liability.

Hi, this is a feedback from a customer, who has been using your NIVEA MEN POST SHAVE BALM for over 20 years and loved it. It is impossible to close your new bottle with wet hands. Most people, who are shaving their face have wet hands, so my bottle now is always open as the cap has this now new "high tech" short thread, which has to click to close the bottle. If you won't return to your old threat I will have to stop using your product. I understand your labs are clean and dry, but ...
