Great product lovely smell , leaves skin soft highly recommend

No doubt the design department thought the new top was excellent. However, try fastening it after using or with wet hands. It’s impossible.

Well done for reading the review about product design, yes the cap was smooth and during a shave men usually have wet hands, so well done to whoever read the reviews and changed the cap design to make it easier to grip, a simple change but a real improvement on a good product. Well done!!

to add to the other reviews, clearly this new packaging / bottle / twist cap design was not tested at all before launch, as if it had the testers would have pointed out the v clear design flaw, in most cases people who shave will have wet hands, making it virtually impossible to open. Come on Nivea, surely your consumer product design process / team is more thorough than this?? it needs to be redesigned or even stepped back in design and / or started again. Easy to use, smells nice. Cares about skin

my husband uses this all the time and would not have a shave without using this it calms the skin after a shave and skin is soft too i use this for my residents in the care home and it makes shaving much easier as skin is soft to start with

My husband really enjoys using this, it's sensitive so it is gentle on freshly shaved skin. It really soothes and moisturises the area once applied.

I wonder if the manufacturers will pay any attention to the number of reviewers criticising the new smooth-sided twist top. As has been pointed out it is impossible to remove with wet hands. Having used Nivea for more years than I care to remember, I will be looking for a replacement product if they don't revert to something like the previous design. Simple lesson Nivea, if it ain't broke, don't fix it.
