The machine was easy to install and with its sleek and stylish design fits in well. The option to connect it via an app to your phone is a useful addition, while it was easy to connect to my Samsung phone it would not connect to my daughters i-phone. It lets you know when your wash has been completed even if you are not at home._x000D_

I received this washing machine from Samsung for product testing purposes. Once it arrived we put it to work immediately. You can work it straight from the User Interface on the machine, but it would be more fun to link up to the associated App on my phone. _x000D_

First impressions were good, the machine is aesthetically pleasing and feels solid and well built._x000D_
Our first minor issue was the visibility of the control markings in the lighting conditions of our room. The gold on grey markings are difficult to see from a standing position._x000D_

Had it 1wk and it broke faulty motor . For last week I have been washing out of buckets and drip drying . I need my washing machine because of uniforms and next week my daughter is back at school and I’m sure they are going to rush to resolve this issue . I am not a happy bunny.
