Beautiful machine, very quiet, the add wash is a perfect feature

The best washing machine I've ever had! Easy to use. Panel is very intuitive. Washing machine has all the programs I need. App works perfectly! Clothes are perfectly washed. The variety of options is amazing. Cleaning the washing machine is a pleasure. It's wonderfully quiet!! The flap that allows you to add forgotten items while washing is brilliant! Addwash really amazing, able to put stuff later. Various cycle you can select, I think we have all pre-programmed cycles whatever we need, also able to programme as per your need using smart app._x000D_

So much quieter than my old machine. Love the ability to add in washing once the wash has started, no more leaving odd socks behind!

After about 6 months of use it stopped draining, was coated in a black film and took about 3 weeks for samsung to accept it wasn’t mould and replace it. Not a long-lasting machine

Great machine, loads of programs to choose from. Only problem was setting up AI which seemed complicated but may have been just me!
