Has anyone experienced their machine shaking? I bought this machine two days ago but i noticed that the drum shaked quite a bit when doing the rinse and spin cycle. Is this normal??? Any advice?

Pros: bubble soak, easy menu, add wash door, can set tv to tell me when the cycle is finished to annoy husband._x000D_
Cons: can’t change the maximum temperature on the eco wash cycle which is 60 degrees, so this rarely gets used. Bottom of door is quite low, so when opened, any laundry basket on the floor is in the way, so have to play laundry Jenga in small space.

It sends a notification to my phone and TV when it's done washing. No need to go check or set time. I also like the intelligent AI function when you load it. Love the fact that I can program my washing from my phone as well

I love the variety of washing cycles, the energy efficiency and the way it let's me know to put it on drum clean cycle. Best washer I've ever had!

We has a Bosch which had a big drum. We could load nearly all my washing in in one go. This washing machine is advertised as 9kg but it actually means 9kg when wet as a Samsung customer service person told me. There is only one wash cycle that allows this weight. All the others are 2-4kg. I really wish I hadn't wasted my money. With a young family, we really need a big drum so I don't have to wash 2 loads a day.

Our new washing machine seems to excellent only used it once so will give it time to make a judgement. Have registered my machine online and would like a hard copy of my 5 year warranty and 10year for the drum this was on original washing machine in showroom.

Lovely looking machine, great colour. Good choice of programmes, much quieter than my last machine. Automatically detects weight of washing and adjusts washing time accordingly. The app is really useful too as I use delay wash quite a bit. My only gripe would be that the manual is not included with the appliance but that seems to be the norm nowadays. Regardless of that though, it's my first Samsung appliance and I'm impressed!

The options and new features are great. The output is satisfying. Look and feel is good and the smart app feature is handy too
