Easy to install, first racks of ribs came out great!!

I love my WSM 18”. It is well made, like all Weber products. And there are so many out there, that there is a whole community of resources and market for it too. I have tested the thermometer and it is very accurate. It can be challenging controlling the temp. but that just comes with more practice, and more ribs!

My wife bought this for me as a birthday gift. We researched the different product options on the market and landed on the Weber having already bought Weber gas and charcoal grills in the past. It’s a great product , simple to use and consistent in how it works with no electronics to go wrong on cold days. We smoked our Xmas turkey on it in sub zero temps and am looking forward to a summer of great smoked meats!_x000D_

Terrific smoker for the price. Easy to use and clean. High quality that I have come to expect from Weber products. It takes a little experimenting to maintain ideal temperature; adjusting the vents gradually is key, as is waiting a bit at the beginning for temperature to reach ideal levels. I received this as a Father's Day gift from my boys and have used it extensively for Turkeys at Thanksgiving to Ribs and chicken anytime. The guidance in the manual has made it easy to use and experiment with different wood and meat parings.

Very easy to use and consistent heat smoker. Very happy w it! Holds heat for whole day!

gr8, EZ to use, design allows good control of temperature! Figured out how to set up fire ring at mid level for normal grilling, and how to use fire bricks and a pizza stone to function like a "K.Joe" for brick oven style baking. Just needs wheels and a hinge, otherwise wouldn't trade it for a "K.Joe" at twice the price!

Easy to put together. Amateur smoker person here & even I made the best smoked chicken & pork on it. So easy to use. Holds temperature all day. Look forward to many years of cooking with this smoker. Highly recommend.

Easy setup and ease of operation. Sometimes simple is best

I bought this 2 years ago and I’ve used it numerous times. I’ve never had a bad meal while using this smoker. The price is a little high, but you can’t put a price on quality. I will never use another smoker but this one!!
