It’s very easy to use good temperature control. cleans up really easy ,good smoke flavor to the meats. Enjoy cooking with it.

Awesome smoker! This thing is great at its job! It holds heat very well and I love that it has two racks for meats. I’ve had this thing in the rain and it still held temperature better than most anything I’ve used. I really like the design and the ability to use a water pan or not. The door grants easy access for adding charcoal or wood and is a great design choice. I think this is one of the best smokers available. I mean, it IS a Weber!

So far, so good. Easy to use, easy to clean, and doesn’t take up a lot of space.

Replaced my old full-size Weber SM with the 18 because we’re empty nesters now. The only complaint is that with the smaller size, it’s really cumbersome to see and refill charcoal and wood for longer smokes. You just can’t get your hand into the center with the water bowl right there, and vision is near zero. Started using a small fireplace shovel.

Got my WSM for Father's Day a few weeks ago, and am obsessed. Used it for the first time last weekend, smoking a whole chicken. It of course turned out awesome! Watched several youtube videos first, as well as other online media so as to not screw it up to bad. Everything worked as advertised. Used one load of charcoal, which lasted the entire session (5 hrs @ 250*), and then some. I currently have ribs in the fridge that I will be putting on tomorrow late morning for dinner tomorrow ni...

Assembly was easy. All the parts were included. Did a pork butt on my first cook. Turned out great.

It's opened up a new world of cooking. It's pretty easy to use. Like all tools you need to learn properly....but it's very rewarding. Fixing pulled pork, ribs, chicken and even briskets like the best cook in the neighborhood is great. I have two other Weber products and this one performs like the others...great! Use quality fuel and meats and you'll be rewarded.

I bought mine in October 2018 and love it. I have done ribs and a pork butt. Easy to control, very consistent.
