We have only used the smoker twice, still learning, but our brisket and pork was delicious! And it was not too difficult to maintain the temp even as a beginner.

this is an excellent tool for smoking various meat cuts. I've cooked pork belly and pork loins on in. Only had it for about a month and winter is upon us. Not exactly "smoking" weather. I can honestly say food comes out tasting amazing. Just have to be patient and not open the lid. It was a Christmas present and i could not be happier with it. Experimenting more is my goal ... next Baby back ribs. And i will definitely make pork belly again.

My only disappointment was that the lid, center section, and bottom were out of round. This may have been do to rough handling by shipping service. The product seemed well packaged, but maybe that could be improved. I was able to gently bend all sections so they fit together as designed.

I am very satisfied with my new 18.5 weber smokey mountain. I have used it twicw now. Loaded it with 2 pork loins and 2 pork butts the first time. The second time ribs. Everything turned out great. Easy temp control. When i opened the box some pieces were damaged. Customer service was excellent. New pieces were recieved in a few days. Overall a great smoker.

I did a lot of research and read a ton of reviews. The Weber Smokey Mountain Cooker Smoker kept appearing in almost every website. After purchasing the 18” about a month ago I now know why it received such high praise, what a great smoker!

Great For Smoking - Retain heat and maintain moist with the water holder, the process need your constant attention to feed coal to maintain the temperature range - the results is the best smoking flavor meet you will have.

Really love this grill and enjoy just sitting back and smoking pork roast and chicken halves with really good flavor !

It is rare that a product is so good out the box. Been looking at smokers for a long time but with so many on the market you really have to do the research. Well the WSM is worth every penny and a steal. Two seasoning cooks and right at I went. Three straight smokes of chicken and ribs and all three easy and with fantastic results! So glad I got the this 18.5 WSM! Goes nicely with the Weber 22 Kettle!

This was my first smoker. Very good quality for the price, great customer service, and produces even better food!

Great space saving smoker. I only wish there were some Pre made liners for charcoal and water bowls to simplify cleanup.
